Cone Beam CT
This equipment has improved the accuracy and speed of radiation treatment at the Saskatoon Cancer Centre. With the Cone Beam CT, therapists can quickly adapt radiation treatment as the tumor changes in response to therapy. The Cone Beam CT can even track the movement of a tumor in the lung as the patient breathes! It's exciting to be a small part of helping the Saskatoon Cancer Centre provide care for people in Saskatchewan.
